What is a Pelican Peaks mix?
Pelican Peaks sells small-batch dry gourmet mixes and related food products. The dry ingredients for a recipe are combined in the mix, and you add the fresh ingredients listed for that product.
What fresh ingredients do I need?
Fresh additions vary by mix. Focaccia uses warm water and olive oil; Sugar Cookie Mix uses butter, an egg, and almond extract; Fruit Crisp Mix uses fruit filling and softened butter; and Spicy Jambalaya Mix uses protein, tomatoes, and water. Review the current product page and package before you begin.
Are directions included?
Yes. Preparation directions are printed on every bag. Product pages also provide directions for the mixes shown online, but the current package remains the source to review before preparation.
Where are Pelican Peaks mixes made?
Pelican Peaks is a small-batch gourmet mix business based in Windsor, Colorado.
What should I know about allergens?
Products may contain or be produced around common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients. We do not promise a product is allergen-free unless the package expressly says so. If you have a severe allergy or dietary requirement, review the current package label and contact us before ordering.
How does online checkout work?
Add the products you want to your bag and continue to Shopify checkout. Shopify and its payment providers process online payment. Applicable tax, shipping, and other disclosed charges are shown at checkout.
Where can online orders be shipped?
Current online checkout is available to eligible United States destinations shown during checkout. Shipping rates and options are calculated or confirmed by Shopify. Carrier and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
How does the 3 for $25 + $1 dip offer work?
The offer requires exactly three eligible full-size mixes and one eligible small dip packet. Exclusions shown on the website apply. Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.
What if my order is damaged, missing, incorrect, or has a quality issue?
Contact pelicanpeaksgourmet@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, package, shipping box, and shipping label when relevant. Read the full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Can food products be returned?
Because the products are food items, Pelican Peaks generally cannot accept returns after an order has shipped, been delivered, opened, handled, or picked up. This protects food quality and safety. The full policy explains cancellations, approved refunds, and order issues.
