- Support requests: your order number, photos, and other details you provide about a damaged, missing, incorrect, or quality-related item.

Essential browser storage is used for the cart. This website does not currently load Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or other optional advertising or analytics tags. We send promotional email only when you sign up or otherwise ask to receive it. You can unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order may still be sent when needed.

Email-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it. Browser-storage records remain until they are cleared or replaced.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small ecommerce business. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive information by email.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. You may also unsubscribe from marketing.

If we deny a request and applicable law gives you an appeal right, reply with the subject "Privacy Appeal" and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Our website and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us to request deletion.
