Step 1
Brown 1 lb cubed chicken breast and 14 oz sliced smoked sausage in a large pot until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add 16 oz crushed tomatoes, 4 cups water, and the entire Spicy Jambalaya Mix. Stir and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender.

Optional: add ½ lb raw shrimp during the final 5 minutes and cook until opaque.
