Step 1
Brown 1 lb ground beef in a large Dutch oven or soup pot. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add the entire Pasta e Fagioli Soup Mix and stir for 1 minute.

Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, V8 Tomato Juice, drained Great Northern beans, drained kidney beans, and 4 cups water. Stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta and vegetables are tender.

Serve hot. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
